Project Management
We will work with you to define exactly what you require.
We will then put together a clear plan that will allow for full visibility and timescales of your bespoke project from the start through to completion.
By having a Project Manager to overview the whole construction process allows us to ensure that your project is completed to the best standards.
Principal Contracting
We coordinate and oversee the works of all our tradesmen ensuring adherence to the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and act as your Principal Contractor under Regulation 16 paragraph (4A) (Completion Notice) for Building Regulations.
We have our trusted team of tradesmen, all specialists in their own fields, from bricklaying and carpentry to plastering and plumbing with decades of experience and knowledge between them.
Building Control Liaison
With over 10 years of experience in Building Control, we have a good understanding of the current regulations and primary legislation to ensure your project is compliant.
Part of both our Project Management and Principal Contractor functions is to ensure that we inspect works on site to ensure both regulatory and quality compliance. We then liaise with the appointed Building Control inspector to check the works on site at each relevant stage of construction until completion and certification.
Design and Planning
We work with a trusted team of partner architects and structural engineers.
If your project requires plans, specifications or structural details then we can assist you in attaining the documentation required.
Additionally, if a Planning Permission or Building Regulations application requires submitting for your proposed works then we can also assist.
